Default Coolant leaking into The cylinder wall

I have a 2000 Honda Civic si with a b16a2 block and a b18c1 head, I just put a new head gasket on it and new head bolts I did them in 3 stages, 25, 45, and then 65. Then I notice that the cylinders where filling up with coolant when I was filling the radiator up, any ideas why it could be doing that?
