Default K24 oil change......grrrrrrr!!!!!

Doing my first oil change on my new to me 04 Accord 5 speed, and wtf!!!!!!!
Honda,,,could you have possibly made the oil filter just a little bit easier to get at?
I am pretty pissed off about this!
my oil is dumped, and I have absolutely no way to get this filter off! None of my wrenches fit! there’s no room to manipulate nothing! And whoever did the last service put the damn filter on too tight!
Im working with a jack, and jack stands....no lift!
How in the heck am I supposed to get this done, short of pounding a fricken screwdriver through it? Oh wait....there isn’t any room for that either!
If I cannot change my own oil with a damn jack....I will sell this faster then you could say “should have bought a Camry”

Same happened on my CR-V, last service by the dealership they decided to overtorque the filter/not lube the seal/clean the surface of the block. An hour later and a couple of stabs with a screw driver and she was finally changed.

You realize that if it's that difficult to get off by hand by reaching in from top, (when you put it back on, a little oil on the rubber seal and screw it on hand snug. No wrench.) IfIf you pull the tire, the oil filter is essentially right in front of your face with lots of access.

“should have bought a Camry”
2.4 L Camry also has a horrible location for the oil filter. It is on the front side of the engine, yes, but is up so high that it is also difficult to access with a filter wrench.

My advice for the accord is to get a spring loaded filter removing tool that attaches to a 3/8 ratchet and extension. works great.
