Have a crank no start situation and was gonna check on the fuel relay when i noticed there seems to be one missing? Cant find what it is online... anyone here know? Watched a video showing me the fuel relay location and other guy's 2004 civic had one here.

 

Do you have spark ? Do you hear the fuel pump prime the system when you hit the key ? Is there fuel pressure ? Is there power and ground at the fuel pump ? It ran without a problem before the no start right ?

 

No sound/engagement of fuel pump.
no audible click from relay.
aftermarket security system that I did not install present.

That security system may be a problem , It's not like someone took the relay out , Does the diagram on the relay box show a fuel pump relay? If someone had their mitts on your car leave no stone unturned

 

The blue is the fuel pump relay so it is there. The other spot may be for a feature my car does not have? It is the special edition. When it quit my insurance got me a free tow but to a shop only. Honda dealership... confirmed it was fuel pump but wanted shop cost plus 400 for pump replacement. Afterward declining service did a rope tow back to home.

 

Might be the power window or door lock, so one less relay for coupe.

 

That would make sense.

 

Those are fairly easy to replace , a " plug and play " runs about $100**
