I purchased this car out of North Carolina a week or so back, I had been looking for a clean EK body for sometime now. This one was the cleanest, and cheapest I could find at this time. I'm happy with it.... I paid a $1000 for it, the nice gentleman wanted $1500 for it. I just couldn't give that. I do wish I could have got it a little cheaper.. but oh well.

It has zero rust and the body/ engine has 245,000 miles on it. It needs a new clutch, throw out bearing and rear crank seal etc.

I plan on using the car has a daily and clean on it up as I go, until I decided what to swap into it.

This hole D series stuff is new to me, I was spoiled in Japan.. lol.

Stuff needed at the moment: drivers side rear door latch-exterior and the rear door passenger side inside latch

I hope to VTEC swap the car in the next year or so, and I'd like to slowly collecting parts.

This is new to me, and i'm going to have to do some research.

Any suggestions? all are welcomed.

 

 

Some progress has been made i guess, I've put on my old rfp1's and picked up some used suspension, normally i don't buy used when it comes to the suspension but the price was good and was told there was no issues.

I also picked up a 99 rear trunk lid and bumper... now to see if the lights work or not from the 99 to the 97... google hasn't helped much.

 

How much time do you take to Google a subject/topic? Clean platform start you got going.
