Default Honda civic VIII hatchback 2008 suspension upgrade

Hello guys and gals,

I purchased this honda (picture of it below) a few months ago and now i'm thinking about upgrading the stock suspension.

I was thinking about the eibach por street s coilovers (https://www.oemperformance.com/home/...tchback-fn-fk/) for the upgrade.

My questions are:

Is this suspension worth it? value for money wise? is the handling performance bump noticeable? does confort go out the window entirely?

I also heard that this suspension may require wheel spacers if the car to be modified has stock wheels and tires. Should i be worried?

I'm running 18 inch wheels and 225/40 r18 continental contisportcontact 5 tires.

Can you guys help me?
