1993 Honda Civic DX 13" wheels Question
I just picked one up with 150k miles and it has the stock 13" 175/70/13 tires on it.
This car handles TERRIBLE!!!! It oversteers like crazy. Ive driven a 2000 civic with 14" tires and it rides so much better. Is it just the small wheel size that makes it so bad or is the suspension to the older civics just bad?
Im wanting to upgrade something to get it feeling at least equivalent to a 2000 model civic but wanted to upgrade the right part. suspension or wheel/tires?
thanks

A lot of it is the suspension im sure...a car that old definitely could use some suspension replacement parts. Tie rods, ball joints, struts and springs. I doubt the tires are the big problem.

The suspension on 92-95's are actully some of the best parts honda has used to date.
I'm sure they are worn out for being old, but if you get new Honda OEM suspension, you won't be disapointed.
