PLEASE HELP ME!

94 civic DX Hatch D15b7 automatic
Here is a sound clip of my car at different speeds. Theres a stutter, jerking, popping, bucking whatever you wanna call it. It gets progressively worse as i accelerate. The car picks up speed but does this the whole time. Warmed up or cold dosent matter. No CEL & no overheating
Ive changed:
plugs
wires
Vavle cover gaskets
rotor cap
MAP sensor
TPS
Cleaned Throttle body

It's probably distributor related. Especially if it's not an OEM distributor.
You also have not provided details of how you changed things. You could have messed up the TPS, the map, ignition timing.... etc etc.
