Cracks but won't start after clutch replacement

Hello, I recently replaced my clutch, throwout bearing and flywheel. I put everything back together and went to start my car, 2009 civic SI, and now it doesn't start. It's turning over but not starting. I have fuel and spark(went ahead and replaced the plugs as they needed it anyways) but still not starting. Checked the timing and they all line up as they should. Looked over everything to see what i might have missed hooking up when putting the transmission back on but not seeing anything i missed. I do have a P1009 error code and replaced the VTC solenoid but that didn't help either. Any help would be great.
