Default D15B2 problems, considering engine swap with D15Z6

Hi Guys, I'm new here and new to Hondas in general so go easy on me.

I'm currently experiencing issues with my Automatic d15b2 1.5 EG civic. More specifically blink codes 3 & 16 (Map sensor & injectors) I've tried new everything with known working parts and still no luck quite frankly its giving me a headache now.

I have a perfectly good Manual ek3 D15z6 engine that's going to be pulled soon (I think that's the correct engine code, I'll double check) My question is would it be a hard swap? I plan on daily driving the car once complete so I figured the ek3 engine would be perfect as it's pretty economical and won't cost me anything as I already have the engine aswell as everything needed to manual swap includig the tranny mount. Only thing I'm not sure about is the VTEC wiring will I need a different ECU? Any help/ useful links would be appreciated, as I said I'm new to Hondas and cars in general and I'm having a hard time finding relevant information.

cheers fellas.

What year/make/model/trim and country of origin is the D15B2 chassis?
