Hey Folks,

I moved to VA and they require a front license tag
I have seen lots of ways to attach the tag holder but no real instructions - see pics below
showing where to screw the holder into the bumper
I don't want to be "screwing around", pardon the pun

And - I get different prices: $20 - $42 without hardware from different dealers
I can get one on Amazon for $12, but it seems it is one piece vs two as shown in various diagrams

Any specifics on holes would be appreciated. Actually this is my daughter's car.

If if were mine I would buy a plate holder at Autozone and Zip-Tie it to the bumper !

I installed mine without screwing into the bumper. If you look in the lower grill you should see where the metal clips go, so you can use bolts to screw the lower portion of the bracket to the bumper. I did not secure the top half and its been in place, properly for 6 years. I hope that helps.
