Default 2013 Accord, steering wheel button pain/finish chipping away

Like the title says, my 2013 Accord’s button paint/finish has chipped. I know I could hit this with a sharpie and hope for the best, but I want to check if there are any better methods. Sharpie, maybe a paint marker, or even dip a toothpick in paint and apply it? Just some ideas.
I searched and found some threads but not with my specific problem.

Alright, I went ahead with a sharpie and it worked fine in my opinion. I went over the chipped part twice, so two “coats.” First picture is what it looks like with a normal light setting. Can’t really tell unless you’re up close to it and shining a light on it, (like in the second picture I took with the flash on up close).
