Do I unscrew that white cap on the fuel rail?
I need to replace my fuel pump, so I want to relieve the pressure first so that when I take the lines off the pump it doesn't empty into my trunk. Or is this unnecessary? I'm not getting gas to the engine but I'm pretty sure there's a small amount of pressure/liquid in the lines.
I've been looking for answers on this forum but it seems like every one who has asked has had a different engine/model. A lot of people in those threads suggest undoing a bolt on the fuel filter but the fuel filter on these Accords is attached to the fuel pump which I can't get to without relieving the pressure (I think).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
EDIT:
So I figured out it's just the bolt underneath that area, the white cap is just a cap lmao
