Default 2003 Honda Pilot Air Flow issue

So im at a loss at this point. I have a 2003 Honda Pilot and I am not getting any airflow in any form in my car. Heat or cool...simply nothing. I have tried the defrost, floor, vents, nothing at all. They dont get hot or cold to the touch either. I have pulled out the glovebox, pulled out the motor and tested it. motor is running fine, you can even hear it running as i adjust the fan speed on the controls. Checked the cabin air filter, no restrictions there either. Its as if all the airflow is being blocked off. Eventually after driving for a bit the car will start to heat up which im sure is simply because that heated air and leaking out due to not having anywhere to go. Any suggestions on this? Has anyone else had this problem?

Mixer door actuator is notorious for that, as well as the loose screw on the heater hose valve is infamous for causing no heat.
Watch youtube and head over to Piloteers.org forums as it is the famous/frequent topic there.
