Im completely new to the world of K swaps.
I recently bought a 2003 Honda Civic Type R in Bulgaria.
The previous owner told me that the bottom end bearings have been spun. I took the car for inspection and have been informed that my best bet is to replace the entire engine.
After looking around for K20’s which are extremely rare in this region, I have decided to instead get a K24a3 engine for around £900 to replace the K20.
Just wondering what extra parts I will need and how simple this swap would be. Also what would the power be like in comparison to the previous stock K20. I heard K24 engine offers a-lot more torque and a-lot more mods available with it.
So yeah any information you think is important please let me know before I go ahead and buy this K24 engine.
