Your best bet is probably Yahoo Japan Auctions. There are multiple middle man services for using Yahoo Japan, as most Japanese sellers will not ship internationally. So you pay a percentage fee, and the service will ship the item to their location in Japan, and reship it to wherever you are,

I'm not sure where you are from, but here in the US we can find a good amount of stuff on eBay from importers. I see CF4 and CL1 front bumpers and lips for sale regularly.
