Any Tips on how to remove the 32mm end axle nut while car is....
Tips on removing the nut when car is already off the ground and the brakes are gone already? It's at the junk yard so they have the cars up on stands already. I tried putting the trans in Park but it still spun freely. thanks.

Take a rotor off of another civic, put it on the hub, lock it down with lug nuts, stuck a bar in the vein, rotate it til it hits the frame, start hulking on the axle nut.

Picture for reference, you can try to put some solid metal or re-bar in this fashion to lock the hub, and then simply get your ratchet and socket and proceed to take it off. If you are unable to do so or do not have the strength, simple get a long metal tube and out it on the ratchet handle. Basic physics principle, by extending the handle, the farther away you are the less "strength" you need to be able to remove it.
Bare with me on the pic, I know its not correctly drawn (that would be to "tighten"), but simply lock the hub against the car itself. Hope this can help you out

The OP said he doesn't have the budget for an electric impact gun... so the low budget answer is to put whatever is necessary to get the front corner lowered on to the ground (front rotor and a wheel/tire with at least two lug nuts), and once there, you can use a 32mm socket with a 1/2" pry bar and use a long piece of pipe slipped over the pry bar to increase your leverage power.

His problem isn’t that he can’t break the nut, it’s that the car is in the air so the hub just spins when he cranks on it. What I have done before is jammed a piece of rebar in the wheel studs and spun it until it gets jammed against the body of the car to hold the hub in place

Hey guys, thanks for all the help. I went back there today and I did go with what caoboy had said. I have a large flat head screwdriver and I stuck it into the vents on the edge of the brake rotor.....then I got a wheel that was laying nearby because my screwdriver wasnt long enough to catch a good place on the wheel well or make contact with the ground....so I just used a spare wheel and layed it so the screwdriver would contact the wheel as I loosened the axle nut with my breaker bar and 32mm socket. Hope that makes sense. Thanks again.
