Default 91 Civic Wagon RT4WD axle wobble. need new diff or axle seal?

Hey guys. Can't log in to my civic wagon forum account and their password reset is d*ckerd because they suck at html/css. So I made an account here hopefully to get some help.. Please consider this my Intro post as well as a question.

Names devon, My wagon is a 91 saved from a junkyard by the previous owner.

I bought it 3 years ago in Portland, OR. car is mostly rust free, for now i live in ND. no rot yet, plan to redip it after sanding and POR15 the surface spots. needs a clutch soon so i want to fix this axle issue in one go at the same time as clutch. d15b2 swap as the a6 had bad rings. just got a 96 sedan parts car that runs and drives so i can take the d16 for my wagon, i have a hondata s300 running the car with a MPG saver tune from VIP performance in portland. it was road tuned for me after i had the s300 put in. wasnt trying to get 15mpg from OR to ND. ended up avg 35MPG on the 3k mile trip home.

I recently had the passenger axle replaced and it still has the crazy wobble since before i got it. you can see it when i move the inboard cv in the video below. driver side has some play which ive read is normal. but the passenger side has alot of play to where i dont even want to drive it. yet i have driven it this way for 3 years now. i have been extremely hard on it to as you can see on my youtube hooning it in the snow here in ND. so i dont know if its fine or im just wrecking it further. like i said. it has had this play in it since before the axle was replaced and before i even boought the car and has gone through all my no lift shifts and 4wd skids through blizzards. i kinda just want to hear its fine dude leave it alone but if i can fix it i want to.

from all the exploded diagrams of the rt4wd trans on hondaparts catalogs all i can find that might be "broken" or in need of repair is the spider gear the pass axle locks into or the grease seal for the trans.

i think i need #2 in this diagram but im not too sure. what else could it be?

i only replaced the axle because there were a couple times on decel that it would wobble violently.
so i replaced the axle and it still wobbles at the inboard cv joint same as before no better no worse. maybe axle isnt locked in? i had firestone change due to laziness. maybe that was a mistake.

here is my youtube channel and a link to a video of the axle wobble. just wondering what is needed to fix it. i can still get spider gears from honda. thanks

Here are a few pics of my wagon. Its not pretty.

buddies min truck. he was all hard parked so i had to get on his level.

looking for corner lights hit me up. i got bitcoin and paypal.

used to have 15x8 nonames on 215/60r15 winterforce tires. had to roll and pull fenders to make them fit. paint flaked pastidip peeled

new tires are 195/70r14 on 96 ek sedan steelies

removed the panty dropper hoodrisers for a functional hood. id rather not have a foot of snow on my engine

pulled and rolled with a shovel and bat

#junkyardcarsFTW

old wheels on the sedan. picked it up as is for the steelies and engine for $387.00. runs and drives fine

panty dropper

curbed one this summer while they were on my rx7. some b*tch cut me off, had to save the car and jump a median. tried using tamper seal to hold air lmfao.
