ABS light on but no code (95 Accord)

I have an ABS light that’s on. It only comes on once I’m moving and then it stays on until the car is turned off.

I tried to get a OBD1 code off it but it’s not flashing.

Any thoughts?

That could be one of a few issues. From a blown fuse or faulty connection.
