Default 97 honda civic revs to 3k and wont go down!!

So I swapped in a B18B. I am in the process of turbocharging it. It was running fine, then one day I went to start it and it revs to 3k and holds. Dosen't move, just pins 3k and holds. Any ideas?

Search "Hunting Idle" and you will get instructions to troubleshoot this...

Intake manifold hose came loose? Any air hose loose? That was my problem after a head gasket swap

Cover up your iacv port on the throttle body and see if that fixes it. If not spray carb cleaner on the troubled areas such as hoses and gaskets on the intake, fuel injectors as well. If the idle drops where you spray it you found your vacuum leak.
