B20v i found golden flakes in vtec solenoid
Did you clean the solenoid and put it back on?
If you don't have metal shavings in the pan, and you don't have low oil pressure, and you don't have recurring shavings in the solenoid, there is nothing to worry about.

They probably used copper gasket spray on the head gasket and youre seeing the remnants of that in your oil. Change the oil and filter and check again

OP, you are panicking and running down rabbit holes without logic. Clean out the VTEC screen and re-install it. Drive it a few miles. Re-check the screen. If no more flakes show up, it is likely that what you have discovered is merely something that appeared from a failure to fully clean everything during the rebuild. Another possibility is that this VTEC assembly was from another engine and was simply installed on your engine without cleaning.
You have found no evidence of gold/copper colored flakes anywhere else in the engine. You know that this type of material only comes from the main and rod bearings... and this would be found in the pan as well. If the engine runs well otherwise, stop borrowing trouble and enjoy it.

It looks like shavings from threading the plug on the bottom of the head preparing the head for CRVtec use. Until this is all cleared out, you may see more of these fragments/shavings. The good news is that the VTEC screen will catch them all and the likelihood of any pieces getting past and causing damage is extremely slim.
The shavings are from that valve cover. If you take the oil cap off I think you will see the paint is falling into the oiling system from that yellow valve cover
