Icon5 Electrical problems

Hello all!

So I have some big problems with my honda civic. Engine code is D15Z6, 1.5Vtec and it is model year 1996. So my problem is that when I turn the key to ON(II) only battery and immobilizer light comes up in the dash. With immobilizer light I mean the green key light and it does shut off when it have gone through checking the key. Everything that is somehow connected to ecu is dead. Ecu does not get any power to any wire that goes to it.
Problems started when I was normally driving and it just died suddenly. Like I had run out off gas. Then I noticed that when I turn the key to ON(II) fuel pump was not priming and there was no spark. Well I checked all the basic stuff. With basic stuff I mean main relay, ignition switch, fuses etc. Common honda problems with no luck. As I was troubleshooting the problem I noticed that somewhere between the work I had done something made mil, oil pressure etc. Light to stop working. Then I checked if ecu gets any power as all the lights had went dark. And no power to it at all. Wires that go to ecu looks visually good and both fuse boxes look good and have power.

Real question is that where does the ecu get its power? Is there some relay or just power wire etc. that fires it up? Or does someone have better ideas? I have tried to follow wires through car but they are covered with electrical tape and I have no interest to take it all out for nothing. Please help me, I have tried to locate the problem about week now without any luck..

If it isn't just a blown fuse (and it usually is, no matter how many times the OP says they checked them) you'll have to get a schematic and voltmeter and test for where the voltage is being lost. The key switch feeds the ECU fuse then on to the warning lights. There are test points at each end of the fuse on the top. Test each end to ground they should both be live. Only one live means the fuse is blown. Both dead means there's a problem before the fuse.

Done that already as I have checked fuses three to four times just to be sure. Got the car running for a while when grounding the engine to chassis with new grounds. So the issue is somewhere in grounds. Not sure where exactly but soon will be.
