Default Bypass crank fluctuation sensor??

Is it possibly to bypass a crank fluctuation sensor on OBD1 engine harness (1995 integra) ’ve put in a B18c1 which is OBD2 (out of 99 integra) Every wire is plug and play except the CFS. And there is no connector from the 99 that is the same as the one in the 95

OBD1 engines don't have the sensor (located behind the crank pulley). The sensor is inside the distributor.

No, obd1 engines don't have a ckf sensor period. The sensor inside their distributor is the cyp sensor.

So you have a obd2 swap with the OBD1 engine harness. The obd2 swap does have the CFK sensor. Now are you using a OBD2 ECU? and is it throwing the code? a OBD1 ECU should not throw this code. If you do have a OBD2 ECU you must bypass the sensor or use a OBD2 harness to plug into the sensor. read this,
