Icon7 Regular oil to synthetic oil switch

my 2007 Honda fit sport has 130,000 Mls on it and I'm watching these videos showing how good royal purple is. I want to switch but I don't want to cause problems with my engine I usually wait till 15%(using honda recommended oil and viscosity) and change it
so my fear is having my engine get to clean and damaging the valve guide and crank bearings so please help I'm trying to keep this car for a very long time (might do tranny to if it makes my dual clutch last longer)

thank you for your help ahead of time I greatly appreciate it

Don't overthink it; change away, there will be no issues.
