First MTF Fluid Change @ 210k miles
I bought the car at 130k miles, and I'm sure this hasn't been done yet.
The shifter is really stiff now so I want to replace the fluid before doing anything else. Kinda spaced this maintenance.
Anything I should do differently assuming this hasn't been done before? Should I have the dealership flush it instead?
I was thinking of replacing it myself now, and again in the spring time to really clean out the gunk.
I'll warm the car up, shift through gears a bunch before dumping the fluid to free up some stuff. I'm sticking with Honda MTF.

Went ahead and changed it. It was very black, and def had some debris in it. Might change it again sooner than later just to get more of that crap out.
I'll report back on shift quality after I put in the aluminum cable bushings this weekend.
