Default Odd Power lock issue

I have a 96 ex Coupe that’s having a strange issue with the power locks. When i hit the lock switch the driver door locks and unlocks just fine but the passenger door does neither. however if I roll up the passenger window it locks the passenger door. Any idea on what could be causing this?

That's a very odd problem. How reproducibly (or not) does rolling up the passenger window eliminate the problem?

It happens every time. The actual lock switch still doesn’t do anything for the passenger door but when i pull up on the passenger window switch the door locks

Probably due to exposed wires touching at the driver's door jamb wire harness Connector C556.
