IACV Issue
D16y8 V-tec engine the idle stays at 2k rpm
When it reaches temp. Is starts to drop to 1500rpm and back up to 2k rpm. I changed already the IACV but it keeps doing the same thing. I chek for vacuum leaks didn't found anything. When I put my finger in the IACV hole it idles fine but the chek engine light stays on even if I disconnect the battery. It only start to idle bad when the hole for the IACV is not covered.

What else did you change before this started ? It should idle LOW when you cover the IACV hole in the front of the throttle body... you said it idles "fine". That would suggest there is another issue as well... likely a vacuum leak.
Car is automatic When I bought the car it ran fine. Then when idling problem came we check the throttle body and the iacv was covered with glue or JBweld so I took it off and changed the iacv.i check the spark plugs to see if it was running rich and no the seem fine,No vacuum leaks.the idles stays bouncing .if i put it in gear the idle gets low but bouncy . The only time that the car idles fine is when the hole covered. Is it possible that the iacv is not getting power?
What is the idle when the IACV is unplugged? Warm up the car, turn off, unplug iacv, turn car back on, and see what the idle is/does. It should be steady around 500rpms (this is the base idle). If it is steady, you know the issue is with the iacv, or a vac leak somewhere between tb and iacv.
