Default New problem after D15B7 swap- black oily coolant

I originally bought a 93 Del Sol S as part car for my other cars. The car had cracked block and engine died.

I ended up swapped another D15B7 into it. I finally got it running. Driving it home- it overheated.

1. I checked the engine oil. In the head, spark plug, dip stick and oil pan. There is no sign of coolant. The engine oil is like brand new gold color.

2. The coolant over flow tank was bubbling. The radiator coolant was black.

3. The transmission is slow to shift and I didn’t have the D4 light on.

4. Fan won’t turn on at any temperature

The car will start and run (not even rough).

so my question

1. What is causing the black coolant goo?
2. Can transmission fluid get into coolant?

totally stomped

I think I find out the cause.

its not the head gasket.

radiator has internal damage. Which caused transmission fluid to mix with coolant.

I need to get a new radiator, possibly new water pump, new thermostat.

You didn't bother to replace those things on the engine before swapping it in? no new seals or anything?

I changed the hose, thermostats, and new gasket (both housing the thermostats).

But I didn't replace the radiator- because from outside it looks new and no damage.

Waterpump- i am just thinking to change it since transmission fluid is in it. Or should I just gamble and see If it will survive
