Hey I have 2017 Honda ruckus with 380 miles on it. I bought the ruckus with the stage 2 ruck shop kit installed with yoshi pipe etc. I let the bike sit for about a year and when trying to start up the bike it continued to to die the second I let go of the start switch. I purchased a new carb, fuel pump and battery as well as new needles meant for stage 2 ruckus. I can finally get the bike to turn over and let go of the start button without it turning off. I can get it to go about 10 mph and anything after that it’ll bog out and die. Not sure what’s wrong.

 

ignore me if this is a bad reply but did you replace the gas as well?

I would also check the fuel pump. you may not be getting enough gas to the motor
