Default Window issuee

So I finally had time to work on the Honda I bought. So I installed the manual window regulator and new runner. I lubed the crap out of it with silicone but Everytime I roll the window it is like it's only rolling the left side which throws it off track. I have been two days trying to figure this out. BTW this is the driver's side.

It's either catching on something that's dragging

I think the wheel on the bottom guide is not sliding right. Just took it apart so I can lube it up and pray. Lol.

So still no luck. I have tried everything I can think of and even swapped the track. I know it's rolling but it's like the ride side has no support and just flops down.

refresh my memory, but the honda you have uses a cable driven manual crank? Is this a new crank or did you grab this off of a honda in the yard? You sure you also bolted the glass to the manual window regulator?

MILLION PARTS Manual Window Regulator Front Left Driver Side fit for Honda Civic 1996 1997 1998 1999 2000
Amazon Amazon

This is the regulator. All bolt are in and I have taken the thing apart and put it back together. It was bought brand new. I didn't buy it because it came with the car but it was still in the box sealed in a bag from amazing. I will post a picture of the door and rails when I get home and maybe I missed something or something is out of wack.

I think it might be a bad regulator even though it's new. I tried it without the deal and it does the same thing.

This is where I'm at now. It's like the window isn't big enough as it just flops down on the right. Why is it I can year apart a engine and rebuild it but a window has me stuck...lol

it does sound like the window regulator is bent maybe. I would take it out just to check and see if it is bent or binding on something.

I will take it out and post some pics. I didn't notice anything bent but I could be wrong. This is my first window job ever. Never had a issue in all my other cars with windows.

loosen the bolts holding the glass, push the glass all the way up and hold it with tape, see if you can rotate the crank up and down.

It goes up and down. Just right side falls down.
