Default Slow timely build

Hey guys I'm stepping up from a single jingle and diving into the dohc game. I recently purchased a mini-mee swap and the guy I bought it from was obviously clueless to what he had!!!! (Poor fella) I didn't want to take advantage but he just did a b20 swap and had no use for what I got from him anyways. So included with the deal ($500 bucks mind you) I got a 1999 PR3-3 head, S2 manifold, and a really sweet header. I already have a b16a block at the machine shop getting the business done to it, taking the head in now to get cleaned up. I already have the head parts on order. My question now is, where do I go from here? It's going to be my winter project. I'm thinking of putting it in a hatch when it's built. It's all JDM. where should I look to find all the rest of the parts I need to complete the build. I want nothing to do with ready made stuff. I'm doing it all myself from scratch. I'm also a mechanic but don't know alot about foreign cars. Thanks in advance
