Icon5 Help to identify this conector civc ex 01

Hi everyone I need some help to identify a connector that I found in my civic 01 is not very important, the car is fine I would just like to know what it is since I found it cut, I measured it with the multimeter and it gives me 4.5 volts. I hope and someone can help me.
Attached photos... on the other side of the connector had another with two black wires cut.

Probably for a feature your model does not have on a generic wire harness , it's not uncommon to find these on other makes/ models

Although you show pictures, where is the approximate location of this connector? Interior, exterior, driver's side, passenger side, etc.?

It is under the middle of the dash.

The only 2P gray connectors shown for North American Civic EX there, are the Keyless Cut Connectors A and B. On an EX, the wiring goes from the under-dash multiplex control unit to the Keyless Receiver Unit via the connectors. However, the wire colors listed are different than his photo. His photo does show the Keyless Receiver Unit (black box) in the lower right corner.

The OP's location shows Mexico; so, maybe his model is slightly different.

keyless add on? premium audio? looks like 12v (or 5v) plug. Why worry about that? Not like it is a problem for some reason.

How would it just come off ? Disconnects have retaining clips , sometimes 2 .

Well it is a long story, when I bought the car this had different failures between them the air conditioning did not work, the speed 1 of the windshield wiper did not work, the electric opening control did not work, etc ... after time I realized that had damaged the internal fuse box and changed it, but apparently the previous owner did several poorly done jobs so that the air conditioning works without using the car controls but with a kind of external controller which apparently over time also broke down, so in this time that I had the car with me I made all the repairs to let it work as it should be and one of those that I could not solve was the air conditioning but apparently with this I discovered I am very close to fix it ...
