The hose is cut. Your throttle body is the firewall mounted map sensor.
There is a bracket that appears to be missing on your firewall that holds the map sensor. It would be right next to the fuel filter, just to the right in your photo.
The throttle body seems to be the wrong one for this car. I'm pretty sure that by 1993 all the MAP sensors were throttle body mounted.
Did you find the MAP sensor plug? It's a 3 wire plug with one of the wires solid white. And it should be near the throttle body.

I think it may also depend on which market the engine is from. If I recall my wife's 93 DX with the D15B7 has 2 map sensor plugs/wires but only the firewall one works. The engine swapped in is the throttle body map but I believe her car originally was the firewall type. However, this is a CDM car. So if the engine is from CDM market, it still could be a 93 motor with that throttle body.
some eg's did have the map sensor on the firewall. It was later emplemented to the throttlebody later on. probably after 92 or 93. kinda like the eg had r12 ac refrigerant and was later converted to r134a.
My 92 Si hatch had TB map and my 92 Dx hatch has FW map. Both USDM spec. And the obd1 JDM B16a (unsure of year) in my Dx utilizes a FW map sensor, so that worked out for me.
