Constand low voltage, 95 kswap.
Tried my 3rd alternator in the last 4 days, the voltage does not fluctuate or drop even when a load is applied or taken off. Car is gutted and has no power draws other than the very basic stuff to make it run. My AFRs are steady and constant, car was tuned and made 635/460 so I don't think it's affecting driveability but my tuner said it needs to be fixed before we can finish(boost creep stopped us). Engine has 3 good bare metal grounds one on the trans and one on the VC and the 3rd is part of the harness for the ECU/injectors etc. Engine harness is a brand new Ktuned one same with the conversion harness, car is Canadian so no ELD. It seems like it's a kswap issue, so any of you kswap guys ever had this issue? Again it does not fluctuate i'm using the battery/alt cables that were part of the charge harness for the RSX.
Each of these alternators I tested with my scanner and showed excessive ripple, voltage was read in kpro(brand new unit) and with a volt meter right from the lug where the cable goes
