Hello! Does someone know what is the max diameter what you can safely go with B16B block with original sleeves NA engine? ( Block P72 same as ITR ). Thanks!!!

 

Just speculation, but I would venture to say 84mm

 

If you intend to stay Naturally Aspirated, you can safely go as high as 82mm... although MOST people will recommend going no larger than 81.50mm. You will have an easier time finding pistons in the 81.25 and 81.50mm sizes.

This suggestion would have destroyed the block.

 

Hence why I didn’t present it as fact.
