Hello all!

A while back a family member did a little damage on my 2009 Accord sedan EX, and the front bumper had to be cut off entirely to make the car driveable. Unfortunately the bumper and inner front fender liner were thrown in the garbage by the good samaritan that tried to help. I've gotten a new bumper and can get an inner fender liner, but there is one part that was attached to the fender liner that I cannot identify no matter how many parts diagrams I try to search online. Any help identifying the red circled part would be very much appreciated!


This mystery part was attached to the inner fender liner.
