Looking at the 2019 Odyssey. The towing package is $1,100CAD. Does it include a transmission oil cooler or something or is it just the hitch + wiring? The sales person said yes when I asked that question but I don't really believe her as I can't find the transmission oil cooler listed anywhere as a separate part.

The Ody is rated for 3500lbs, so no cooler needed. The 2WD Pilot and Ridgeline are rated 3500lbs, but the AWD versions do need the cooler for their max of 5000lbs.

 

I would install an aftermarket transmission cooler if you are thinking about towing.

I do people hauling and the transmission cooler made a big difference. It is a cheap modification (it cost me about $100 after fluids and extra hose) and a lot of peace of mind.
