Default intermittent loss of power

Hey guys/gals, I'm bumping into a weird issue I can't seem to figure out. The car is a 1996 Honda Del Sol Si with a JDM ITR engine and tranny swap. Typical bolt ons like headers and CAI with ECU from a 1997 ITR. The car ran fine for a few years then randomly when cruising part throttle the car will start to loose power like it's running out of gas!? If I let go of the throttle and re-apply or just push all the way down on the throttle it will "snap out of it" and drive fine until it starts to randomly loose power again. It only starts this issue after the engine warms up. If I'm driving on the highway it does not do it. Prob any time below 60mph at part throttle cruising. Up hills, down hills just going straight will do it. I can be speeding up just slightly with a little load on it and it will act up as well. So part throttle or little bit of throttle it will act like it's running out of gas. Car will idle little rough. Also check engine light never comes on. I did intentionally unplug some sensor to see if it will mimic and the engine light will come on so I know the engine light not burned out. So what I have done......

New Dizzy/wires/rotor/plugs after just doing new igniter and ignition control module which didn't work and assumed might be something internal in dizzy like crank position sensor.
New Fuel filter/pump/injectors/regulator
New MAP sensor and O2 sensor
New TPS
New main relay
Checked for vacuum leaks. New EGR
Opened up the ECU and looked for burned spots or bad coils.
The cat looks good, thought maybe a piece of metal flaps up during driving and clogs it till it flaps down but no looks great.
I believe the crank position sensor is built into the dizzy with this engine as their is no sensor near crank.

I took the car to a Honda dealership here in Louisville KY and a place that specializes in tuned cars and they can't figure it out. Have a feeling it's something stupid. I checked the voltage that goes to all the sensors and everything was good. I can't figure this out. Car is drivable but fall is coming and want to get it running to enjoy the fall elements with the targa off.

Any direction is appreciated.

ECU is stock? if so, what sort of emissions equipment is on the car?

I have had a few D16s start to do something similar after 200k miles, but only for a moment within the first mile driving after a cold start. It hasn't been annoying enough to do anything about, but i have thought about pluging in the OBDII scanner and watching live data to see if i could figure out what was going on. maybe try that (with help from a friend of course)

I may need to do that at this point. The ecu is stock. Only way to get more info is a data log . No codes etc. so annoying
