97 d16y7 miss fire on cylinder 3 and 4. The car is bogged down bad and the engine light is on and even flashes when I press the gas for to long. But stops flashing when I let off the gas peddle. Would u think it's injectors and fuel pump or distributed to? I already changed wires and plugs. And just realizing has a loud tick that I can't differentiate as a knock or tick. Thanks in advance.

 

Move the #3 and #4 fuel injectors to the #1 and #2 position... clear the codes (either through an electronic device, unplug the ECU or disconnect the battery) and restart the car. If the issue is fuel injector related, the problem will move to the #1 and #2 cylinders... the car should run the same, just different codes. If you still get misfire codes in #3 and #4, you either have a valve adjustment too tight, low compression in those two cylinders or the injector drivers in the ECU are damaged.
