Gap in bumper where the bulb was changed. Attached piece broken.

Gap in bumper where the bulb was changed. Attached piece broken.
Where the plastic screw snaps in it appears the groove is torn that hold it. Now it pops open. This occurred after I replaced a headlight bulb. It seemed to be fin but several month later it came loose. Anyone have this happen?
