Looking for Lower control arm OEM equivalent
I don't want any performance brand lower control arms. I just want the suspension parts stock as possible. Dealer doesn't carry these lower control arms nor do they carry the bushings for them. I ordered a Moog brand lower left from rockauto. When I installed it, the radius rod does not line up with the two holes on the Moog brand lower control arm. So I went to the nearest O'reillys and the "import direct" brand did NOT line up too!! Have any of you had these issues like this? These manufacturers are not making them OEM precise. I'm afraid of picking some up from NAPA auto or Autozone and get frustrated again. Someone please help where I can find some that fits. Thanks
I would just buy replacement bushings from Moog, hardrace, rockauto suppliers, etc and press them in to your old arm. It's not like the metal is going to need to be replaced, it's just the bushings.
Also....stop going to the dealer to figure out if Honda still has them new. The guys behind the parts counter generally are wrong. About the only thing they know for sure is their name. Go to oemacuraparts.com and buy your OEM control arms or bushings. They're all still available and not discontinued.

I've searched on this issue and some people are having the same issue. Don't buy aftermarket Lower control arms they ain't making them right anymore just buy the bushings.
Oh sorry, I thought this was for a 3rd gen Integra which they are still available OEM. But yeah, for DAs one is available and if I were you I would buy that and MOOG for the other one, press them into your OEM arms and boom you got yourself a new set. Better yet, after you press out the old ones, get them media blasted and powder coated, then press in the new bushings. Everything will be new.
FUSTRATING!! The 3rd one different name brand not fit. I purchased a "mevotech" one and the raduis rod holes are still not matching. This is the third one. I made sure it was for a 1991 acura integra GS. I went ahead and ordered bushings from Carquest. Oemacuraparts don't stock the arms but they do have the inner bushing available.

last moog ball joints i bought were a joke with paper thin boots.
bought the stealership ball joints after that fiasco.
energy suspension inner bushings and bilstein shock bushings
are the way i went.
also check car-part for used discontinued parts.

The original LCA fits good on the Raduis rod. I just installed new bushings on the LCA. I went that route which i should have done in the first place. I'm the first owner of the car by the way.
The rr is discontinued but some times they have have it sitting in their warehouse doing nothing so you call. Next would be to buy used and replace bushings. As these cars get older parts will be hard to come by.
edit: they still sell the bushings though, so thats a plus for those that want to stay oem.

i will say good things about rockauto.
they replaced a vehicle speed sensor twice that went out within
3 to 6 months. now they are "no longer comfortable" with replacing again.
but they did give me a full refund in the form of store credit
good for five years so good enough.
but for stuff like control arms local boneyard or car-part is the way to go.
