Found this bracket broken after pulling the engine out due to loss of compression.

The engine was running an S20 trans instead of the S40 but the bracket appeared to fit... The tranny didn't mate up perfectly with the body at that right side mount though.
Just wondering if anybody's has one welded and it worked out...?

 

The engine stiffener? It'll probably cost you more to have it welded than to buy another one.

 

Also, no difference casewise between the s20/s40
