Default vtec induction

I've just finished my h22a transplant into my 94 accord and i seem to have no induction noise once i hit vtec. Its pretty quiet. I think my engine came out of an Accord SiR (if that helps). Also, i've ran the car with the p13 ecu and i seem to have no bottom end and when i put the f22b ecu in its all normal but the rev limiter is at 6500. Anyone recommend anything>?

You are asking for problems with an H22a running on an F22 ECU. The fuel cut on every F22 is 6350, you cant be revving to 6500, your stock tach is inaccurate.
Unless you meant to say you are throwing some codes and your H22a only revs to 6500, then you are in safe mode.

What cell are you throwing?
