So I'm replacing my left tail bulb and cannot pull the bulb from its socket. Upon further inspection I compare it to the adjacent bulb and see what's in the picture. The socket base seemed damaged by comparison. The new bulb works but I'm worried that it will not last. Should I have the socket replaced?
What's wrong with this socket?
