Default Setting up toe for road racing

Hi I was just woundering how you adj to for road racing and what I should adj my toe to for trackday/daily driving or should I just leave it at 0. Can I go to an alignment shop and tell them what to adjust my camber and toe to or does alignment shope just set things to zero

set it at 0.

assuming fwd:

if you want more turn in, add 1/16 out in rear. if you're driving a front mac strut car, 1/16 all around would help. some go more, some say more than that is sketchy. Only real way to know is what FEELS best to you....

just set it at 0 :p
