I have an ep3, which is better for daily handling, full coilovers or just lowers, I want it not to jump much, just to stay low

 

I went full coilovers and would recommend that as well. I will say right off the bat you may run into some issues in the front from going too low with how the tie rods are set up on the ep3. Also id recommend a rear camber kit as well because you will end up with a fair amount of negative camber in the rear with a big drop.
