Default Ktuned HALL effect TPS, P0123 high voltage

Got my 95 EG kswap running the other day, however I have one code that seems to have put the car in serious limp mode. P0123, TPS high voltage, this is the one and only code I have. TPS was scaled in kpro but I can't do anything further, I can go WOT and the car won't rev past 1800 rpm. Sensor was supposed to be brand new, I did have it and the map mixed up prior to starting which may have fried it?.

Yes likely to be fried. It should test out with a voltmeter the same as a regular TPS.

Won't rev up could also be because the cam timing is wrong. But resolve all codes first.

Code went away after switching the ground and power on the plug of the tps. I'll x2 check the timing but it should say VTC phase gap if it's off or be misfiring compression is 180 180 165 180(k24a2 block)
