My car appears to be running normally but it's making a strange sound after I turn it off and then back on. For example, I turn it on in the morning (no sounds when idle/running), pick up some groceries, turn it on 5-10mins after turning off and it starts making some strange whistle/whining sound. It's doesn't seem to be coming from the front, it's down the lower center. It only goes away if I leave my car off for about 30mins. It once went away when I was idle for 30mins. Anyone ever experience this?
