Okay so this will probably sound stupid but I have a 2000 Acura Integra LS Hatchback and one of the bolts that runs through the window broke off so my third brake light just dangles around and I really want to remove the other bolt however its rusted and also have no idea how to remove it and I really want to learn how to do it the proper way rather than drilling it out, ripping it off, or using a sawzall and risk breaking the glass, so yeah.

 

You need to open the third light by pulling the two tabs on the outside of plastic. Then you should see your nuts that connect to the bolts that go through the glass. There's two but maybe in your case only one. All 4 pieces are integra specific . The glass bolts, the plastic pins to put the plastic back together. I think the nuts that go behind the glass may be specific as well.
