Could be anything, missing bad grounds, timing is off, sensor is not plugged in. no spark, no fuel, no timing?
Engine needs few things to run, compression, fuel/air, spark , timing.

Timing is correct, I hear compression and it’s getting fuel to the rail, and I can smell it on the spark plugs, I think I have all the grounds and everything plugged in
