You’ve got all kinds of numbers mix-mashed there. PR3 head is a B16A vtec head, PR4 is non-vtec.

A B16A is a 1.6L vtec engine, a B18A is a 1.8L non vtec engine. I have never heard of a B18A2, but you are in Turkey so I don’t know. Please confirm your engine details.

Vtec springs can swap swap between vtec heads.

According to wikipedia the b18a2 non-vtec and found in the 1990-1993- honda integra sedans. From the sound of the post it seems like someone may have installed a B16 head on what is essentially a B18A block(LS Vetc). So if it is a vtec head the P72(GSR) valve springs should fit.
